- Works with Kohler Tier 4 Final and Gaseous mobile generator sets, supporting generators with different kW outputs and fuel types.
- Maximum input of 1000 amps per generator, with total output capacity up to 2000 amps.
- Color-coded cam-lock connectors for input and output feeds, with lockable security bars for unused input and output feeds.
- Removable neutral/ground bonding bus for application flexibility and indicator lights to show the generator set is connected to the bus.
- Forklift pockets and single-point lifting eye for easy job-site placement.
- Two 25-foot long control harnesses supplied with each paralleling box.
- RECOMMENDATION
- Provide redundancy to a primary generator set in critical applications. Redundant generator sets can be running and sharing the load, or if one generator fails, the remaining generators pick up the load. Alternatively, redundant generator sets can be off, with failure of the running generator set(s) sending a start signal to the redundant generators.
- Increase capacity when one generator set cannot meet system capacity. Manage fleet with available generator sets when the correct sized generator set is not available.
- Use generator management to sequence generator sets on/off in a predetermined order based on preset system kW output. Cycling multiple smaller units on and off as needed can minimize wear and tear, fuel consumption, pollutant/sound emissions, and generated heat.
